It may seem strange, but taking note of your poop gives you valuable insight into your digestion, organ function, gut bacteria, and more. So keeping tabs on your poop is a great way to track how small changes in your diet affect your gut.

March 30th was the last day I put makeup on my face for the next 366 days. At the time I didn't have a plan to go makeup free for a year, but since I was embarking on my cross country trek the next day I knew my makeup and mirror days would be limited.
