SOUND SLEEP

Worst advice ever ; “I can sleep when I’m dead’

 For our bodies to fully absorb what we do during waking hours we MUST give equal importance to our sleeping hours.

You spend about one-third of your life sleeping. So do it like you mean it! 

In my experience sleep is the number one hurdle women experience in reaching their goals.

Lack of sleep leads to weight gain, mood swings, lowered immunity, poor concentration, increased levels of stress and anxiety to name a few.  Ignoring your body’s need for rest is a sure fire way to self-sabotaging your quality of life. 

Sleep tracking is also included in the Self C.A.R.E. journal.  The more we know about our bodies the more power we have to make positive change!
