The 10 Day Meditation Challenge

This challenge is inspired to awaken your best self.  Over 10 days you will explore your inner world through reflection and stillness. These meditations are designed to cultivate a deeper understanding of your why, develop a deeper awareness and  define a clear path in the direction of your goals physically, and mentally.   Each day will bring a guided meditation along with breath work.  I encourage you to be patient and gentle with yourself.
